Each Design purchased can be used for personal and small commercial use. You DON'T NEED a license to use my designs for finished products such as shirts, tumblers, etc. Please do not share my files. You are permitted to use my designs to create a seamless file, or tumbler wrap but ONLY sell as a FINISHED PRODUCT ONLY. Copyright remains with My Spooky Little Heart,LLC.

I offer TWO types of Licenses
A license for ONE SINGLE design (must purchase with the design together)
And
A LIFETIME License . This license does not include the digitals. You must purchase the digitals separately. 

 

*A license is REQUIRED for each business if you own more than one.

License to SELL

-Screen print transfers
-Sublimation transfers
-Vinyl Decals
-Water slide decals
-Printed Fabric
-Wholesale Stickers
-Craft iron transfers
-Printable HTV or Vinyl sheets
 

 

TERMS OF USE:
-You may print and sell transfers of all my designs (with License)
-You may not re-sell, re-distribute or share my designs (especially in Facebook dump groups).
-Please DO NOT alter my designs to make it your own.
-You may not digitize and re-sell my designs as embroidery files.
-You may not display my designs without proper watermark. This is to protect my work.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

-It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the USPTO trademark database for trademarks before selling any items with my designs. My Spooky Little Heart LLC is not responsible for trademark violations. I check my designs periodically, however, with people trademarking phrases everyday, it’s possible that a saying or phrase I use will be trademarked in the future. I will let you know in my Facebook group if this happens so you can protect yourself and your business.
