Store Policy

All orders are made to order. My turnaround is 7-15 business days. It does not include weekends or holidays.
Custom Orders may have a longer TAT (7-20 business days)
Unless the item is specified as RTS (Ready to Ship) items will be shipped in 1-3 business days not including weekends or holidays. 
If you order a made to order item(s) with a RTS item(s), then your order will be shipped when the made to order item(s) is/are complete. 
If the TAT changes due to a viral video or post, a post will be made via all social media platforms and website banner. I will appreciate your patience if this happens.  
No refunds on customs. 
Refunds for non-customs must be requested no later than 3 days after receiving product. The product must be unused or unworn and with it's ORIGINAL TAGS & PACKAGING.
Refunds will be provided upon receiving back the product. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product at their expense. Refund will be only for the product(s) not including shipping if (paid).

Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping tracking status to update.
My Spooky Little Heart, LLC is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGES or DELAYS caused by shipping courier, but please contact me to assist on tracking or help on filing a claim through ROUTE. If your package is marked as "DELIVERED" but did not arrive, please check with neighbors, your USPS Courier, or security cameras. Stolen Mail is a CRIME and you must file a police report. This absolutely doesn't mean you will get a refund or replacement. Unless the shipping courier covers the STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED Mail, then your order will be reshipped. I WILL NOT TOLERATE Bashing and rude comments towards me and my business, My Spooky Little Heart, LLC to any of my social media platforms regarding shipping issues. It is completely out of my hands once I ship your order, PLEASE BE KIND. 
Make sure shipping address provided is correct at checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If an address is incorrect, it is the buyers responsibility to intercept the package at their cost to their correct address. My Spooky little heart, LLC is not responsible if the package cannot be traced/ intercepted. Buyer will have to repurchase the product/s and provide the correct address. If any packages are shipped back to me for ANY reason (and the address is correct), The buyer is responsible for shipping fees so I can ship again. 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Replacements will not be made for items worn or used after purchased. Please make sure you are washing your garments as instructed appropriately and washing your cups & tumblers with care. No replacements will be made on items that were washed or cared for incorrectly. For decals, Instructions are clear but if you have any questions please contact me before attempting and ruining the decal. If a decal is damaged after application and you request a replacement, I will need a photo of the "damaged decal". If the decal gets replaced, I will only replace it in a different color but not a bigger size. It will be made in the same size you initially purchased. 
ROUTE Shipping Protection
This is a feature automatically added at checkout so that your item(s) are covered when shipped. Most orders are shipped with USPS and very few times with UPS. Route will insure your package if is LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN. Route is easy to use if claims need to be made. You can file the claims yourself. If you remove this at checkout, you agree and understand that if your item is LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN, My Spooky Little Heart, LLC is not to be held responsible for shipping issues nor will provide a replacement. You, the Buyer will have to repurchased the item(s).
