Return Policy

Returns on Custom orders are NOT ACCEPTED. All Sales are final.

Returns for non-customs item(s) must be requested no later than 5 days after the delivery date (this include weekend days). Please email to Support@MySpookyLittleHeart.com to start the Return Process.

In order to accept Returns for a refund, item(s) must be UNUSED, UNWORN,  AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS. 

 

Please note we DO NOT ACCEPT Returns on items that were damaged in transit. No refund will be given if you didn't purchase with Route Shipping Protection.  Unless you purchased with ROUTE shipping protection at checkout, you can file a claim and get your money back for a replacement. My Spooky Little Heart, LLC is not responsible for damages, lost or stolen item(s) caused by USPS or any other shipping courier. If you did not purchase your items with Route Shipping Protection, you will have to file a claim with USPS. In some cases orders for a certain amount do not ship with shipping insurance. This is why I offer Route Shipping Protection. If you remove Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree and understand that My Spooky Little Heart, LLC is not to be held responsible for lost, stolen or damages on your order.
